Job summary

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is assisting a manufacturing business in Swindon to hire an Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day production, packing and warehouse activities.

You will lead a production team, allocate workloads, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality, GMP, health and safety, while coordinating improvements to processes.

A proactive planner with supervisory experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a focus on data-driven problem solving is essential for success.

Qualifications

• You will have previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards and GMP
• The ability to work with KPIs, production data and reporting
• A proactive approach to planning, prioritisation and problem solving
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement
