The role reports to the Operations Director and focuses on delivering production plans, reducing waste and boosting on‑time delivery while collaborating with Planning, Quality and Engineering to sustain continuous

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience across multiple processes or manufacturing areas.
• Background in machining/assembly environment advantageous.
• Strong Lean, 5S and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience using production KPIs and daily performance reviews.
• People management experience developing supervisors and shop-floor teams.
• Understanding of production planning and capacity management.
• Experience with ERP systems and maintaining production records.
• Problem-solving to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production performance reviews and monitor key metrics.
• Drive improvements across safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Develop supervisors, team leaders and shop-floor teams.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Logistics to resolve production issues.
• Deliver production plans and improve on-time delivery and throughput.
• Manage capacity and ensure smooth flow of components through manufacturing processes.
