Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-shift manufacturing operations.
• Proven LEAN project delivery with measurable gains.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems to drive decisions.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations across multiple shifts with effective planning and scheduling.
• Drive performance by balancing labour, machine capacity and materials.
• Champion LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach shop floor teams and drive training, succession planning and performance reviews.
• Ensure quality standards and drive corrective actions to maintain right-first-time output.
• Promote health, safety and compliance while reporting KPI and capacity plans.
