Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for a Production Logistics Operative on a 12 Month Contract based in Stafford. You will help keep the manufacturing line supplied with the right parts at the right time, moving materials from goods-in to the shop floor.

You will participate in a busy production-support team, ensuring materials flow smoothly to the line. Responsibilities include moving materials, kitting, picking orders, packing crates, and adhering to EHS standards on every shift.

Formación

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, walking and standing for most of the shift.
• Good attention to detail to ensure the right parts go to the right place.
• A reliable, safety-conscious approach and a team-player attitude.
• Basic reading and number skills for checking pick lists and labels.
• Experience with an ERP or stock system.
• Forklift licence.
