Job summary

Rocket Products in London is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our busy in-house Production Department in Kentish Town. You will coordinate and administer the manufacture and delivery of bespoke designed and pre-manufactured promotional products sourced from Far East and UK suppliers, while providing holiday cover in Warehouse and Despatch during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, customer focussed environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders for Far East and UK sourced promotional merchandise products and following it through until delivery.
• Responsible for the logistic side, ensuring goods move correctly with third parties, sales coordinators and despatch.
• Own the whole supply chain from ordering to delivery following specific steps.
• Ensure production matches client expectations in terms of quality and quantity and deadlines.
• Book deliveries with client warehouses and provide packing and delivery instructions to 3PLs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data on the internal Promotional Office system.
• Ensure suppliers use correct commodity codes, commercial invoices and packing lists for exporting to the UK.
• Check deliveries of incoming client orders and record all documents on the system.
• Provide updated order status notes to account managers and sales coordinators.
• Provide holiday cover for Warehouse/Despatch Administrator and assist in despatch during busy periods.
