Job summary

Greencore is recruiting for a Production Line Leader on days at Tilmanstone near Dover (CT15 4NL). The site employs around 850 people and produces leafy salads and prepared vegetables for major customers. You will drive safety, quality and performance on a fast-paced production line, while mentoring a team and coordinating shift changes.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience is desirable.
• Good command of English and Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Encourage a safe working environment and enforce health and safety standards.
• Coach and train operatives in health, safety and quality procedures.
• Manage performance, attendance and admin tasks such as DWOR, T&A and holidays.
• Ensure correct deployment of the team and smooth shift handovers.
• Assist HR with recruitment and induction processes.
