Greencore is seeking a Production Line Leader for the Tilmanstone site near Dover in Kent. The role involves leading a fast-paced production line, ensuring safety and quality, and driving performance improvements in a large team of around 850 colleagues.

You will be at the heart of a non-stop production environment, coaching operatives, managing KPIs, and coordinating with HR for recruitment and induction. The company offers training and development to progress within a multinational group.

Formación

• Previous manufacturing experience essential.
• Previous team leadership/supervisory experience desirable.
• Experience with Food Safety and GMP.
• Good English and Maths skills.
• Hardworking and a good team player.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety policy.
• Ensure GMP, food safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
• Manage performance and attendance; disciplinary actions.
• Coach and train operatives in health and safety procedures.
• Oversee KPIs, waste management, and production control records.
• Coordinate breaks and shift changes to avoid productivity disruption.
