Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience essential.
• Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience desirable.
• Good English and maths understanding.

• Manage performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions at first level.
• Oversee shift changeover and ensure production plan adherence.
