Xtrac is the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of specialist transmissions for motorsports and high-performance cars. We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to define manufacturing methods, support design and production teams, and optimise processes across multiple projects.

The role requires a minimum HNC/HND in engineering and at least three years in production engineering, with strong knowledge of material removal and machining.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in a production engineering role.
• Strong background in material removal processes for metallic components.
• Good understanding of machine tools, processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define manufacturing methods and best practices for high-quality, repeatable results.
• Provide manufacturing support to engineering design teams, factory sites and suppliers.
• Work across multiple projects and processes, meeting tight deadlines.
