Qualifications
- Degree in software, mechanical, mechatronic, electrical or electronic engineering (BEng/BSc).
- Incorporated or chartered engineer status or working towards it.
- At least 5 years' experience in automotive/motorsport engineering.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and co-ordinate software development projects for transmission controls.
- Mentor and lead software/calibration team to deliver on-time results.
- Ensure software development aligns with company standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and validation.
- Drive continual improvement in product analysis and processes.
