Xtrac is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer: Turning to resolve barriers to milling production and support the ME function in delivering the production plan. The role focuses on improving product quality, safety, and process capability across CNC milling of complex transmissions.
You will contribute to PFMEA, NPI, data analysis and SOP development, collaborating with Engineering, Commercial and Operations to drive continuous improvement in a high‑precision, motorsport environment in the UK.

To provide manufacturing engineering duties within the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) function to deliver the production plan whilst resolving any barriers to production fulfilment, with an alignment to the CNC Milling department.
To improve overall product quality using technical expertise to both mature and new products throughout the factory.
