Job summary

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a Production Engineer to bridge design and manufacture, ensuring parts can be produced efficiently to the highest quality and delivered at the pace required in Formula One.

Based in our Production department, you’ll lead DFM activities, work with Design, Production and Quality to embed manufacturability, reduce lead times and drive continuous improvement across composite and metallic production.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and challenge technical specifications.
• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with data-driven continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead DFM activities across product portfolio.
• Improve manufacturability, assembly and inspection with Design Engineers.
• Embed production knowledge into design for readiness.
• Review production feedback and lessons learned.
• Maintain manufacturing specifications and revision control.
• Reduce manufacturing queries and lead times.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities.
