We’re looking for a Production Engineer to bridge the gap between design and manufacture, ensuring our race car components can be produced efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and delivered at the pace required in Formula One. Based within our Production department, you’ll play a key role in improving manufacturability, reducing lead times, and driving continuous improvement across our composite and metallic production operations.
As a Production Engineer, you will work closely with Design, Production and Quality teams to ensure products are designed and specified with manufacture, assembly and inspection requirements in mind. You’ll lead Design for Manufacture (DFM) activities within your product portfolio, helping to ensure designs meet performance requirements while remaining practical, efficient and cost-effective to produce.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll influence technical decisions, support engineers with manufacturing expertise, and use production feedback to continuously improve future designs and processes.
