Alpine F1 Team in Enstone, United Kingdom, is seeking a Production Engineer to bridge design and manufacture, ensuring components are produced efficiently to high quality and pace required in Formula One.

You will lead DFM activities, work with design and production teams, and embed manufacturing knowledge into the design process to improve readiness and specification quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on production and assembly experience across composites and metals.
  • Ability to read, interpret and challenge technical specifications and drawings.
  • Solid GD&T knowledge and practical application.
  • Experience using Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods.
  • Experience analysing manufacturing data to drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM, Ply Books and Power BI tools.

We're looking for a Production Engineer to bridge the gap between design and manufacture, ensuring our race car components can be produced efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and delivered at the pace required in Formula One. Based within our Production department, you'll play a key role in improving manufacturability, reducing lead times, and driving continuous improvement across our composite and metallic production operations.The RoleAs a Production Engineer, you will work closely with Design, Production and Quality teams to ensure products are designed and specified with manufacture, assembly and inspection requirements in mind.
