Job summary

VaynerMedia in London is seeking a Manager of CAIT to drive CAIT-led campaigns, shape casting strategies, and ensure outputs are relevant, high-quality, and view-optimised. You will partner with CAIT leadership, Creative, and cross-functional teams to integrate external creators into AIM and PAC workflows for Production Excellence.

You’ll manage strategy and operations for sourcing diverse creators, drive efficiencies for key accounts, and elevate CAIT from order-taker to strategic partner,

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects or talent management.
• Creative/Operator Hybrid: you balance improving creative work with budget and timeline management.
• Seller Mindset: able to articulate the business value of creators to clients.
• Practitioner Empathy: understands friction points of making content.
• Social-First Lens: outputs meet the Vayner standard of excellence.
• Ownership: take responsibility and guide teams through challenges.
• Persuasion & Clarity: lead conversations and present clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: work with internal teams to manage CAIT-led campaigns and translate brand concepts into casting strategies.
• Campaign management: pitch CAIT-led concepts in sync with Creative to drive business results.
• Quality Control: ensure assets are creatively effective and commercially safe.
• Team player: contribute to the energy of the CAIT team and work autonomously when needed.
• Pipeline Management: manage CAIT operations, contracts, payments, and timelines.
• Margin & Efficiency: optimise workflows to deliver high-volume assets with healthy margins.
