Job summary

VaynerMedia in London seeks a Production Director with a strong grasp of social media and production. You will lead production teams, build robust client relationships, define delivery frameworks and operationalise the CAIT engine across EMEA, ensuring profitable, high-quality content delivery.

You will drive end-to-end production processes, manage budgets, and collaborate with Creative Leads to optimize workflows while maintaining high client satisfaction and agency profitability.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience across multiple formats with end-to-end shoots.
• Advanced leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading CAIT function and cross-market delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise CAIT function for a key EMEA client across two markets.
• Architect end-to-end production process for on-location shoots at events and activations.
• Drive efficiencies linking cultural signals to CAIT, Live Shopping and experiential ideas.
• Ensure processes and safety across locations, vendors and legal.
• Lead commercial approach, staffing and budgets to deliver cost-effective productions.
