Qualifications

• Experience in a production coordination or junior production management role in VFX, post-production, film, or HETV.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication: you are the connective tissue between the creative team and the client.
• Familiarity with production tracking tools and general project management practice.

Responsibilities

• You will be across all active projects, supporting scheduling, communication, and delivery logistics.
• Work closely with the studio's senior team to keep productions on track.
• The role is broad by design; you should be comfortable operating with ambiguity and building process as much as following it.
