Job summary

Blue Zoo Production is seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to join our UK team and help drive the delivery of a feature film project starting Autumn 2026. You will act as the communication hub across animation departments, plan the pipeline, and support budgeting and scheduling to keep the production on track.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to multitask under pressure, with flexibility for hybrid or remote working arrangements in the UK.

Qualifications

Job description

Our Production Coordinators are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and have very strong communication skills, as well as a flare for organisation and a passion for animation production. They undertake unique, daily challenges that arise from producing a 3D animation project.

Our Production Coordinators are excellent communicators, organised, able to use their initiative and generally make themselves indispensable in this fast-paced and rewarding environment.

The successful candidate will need to be based in the UK and will require the right to work in the UK. We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies.
