Job summary

Jaded London is seeking a Production & Compliance Admin Assistant to support the Production Manager in overseeing production across womenswear and menswear for factories in Turkey, China and India, focusing on materials integrity, fabric testing, and sustainability compliance.

You will raise POs, issue barcodes, approve invoices, and coordinate lab testing and labeling to meet regulatory standards, while maintaining Airtable records and supporting the wider team in daily office duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong communication across departments (factories, labs, compliance).
• Accurate review of test reports, care labels, and compliance docs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Interest in fabric testing and sustainability practices (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Raise and send purchase orders.
• Issue product barcodes.
• Approve invoices and packing lists.
• Maintain care labels with factories and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate fabric and garment testing with labs and factories, track results and retest as needed.
• Monitor washing and care labelling guidelines across categories.
• Support tracking of sustainability credentials for fabrics and trims.
• Maintain Airtable with testing status, care label approvals, and sustainability data.
• Organise and maintain samples, liaise between social and wholesale for sampling.
• Communicate with third party suppliers on agreements and orders, including testing labs and certification bodies.
• Follow up with factories on testing timelines, fabric approvals, and wholesale requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to wholesale customers.
• Assist wider team with office duties and keep the workplace organised.
