Job summary

Jadedldn is seeking a role to support the Production Manager in ensuring smooth production across multiple regions, focusing on materials integrity, fabric testing, and sustainability compliance. The role involves liaising with factories, labs, and compliance teams to maintain labels, COAs, and testing timelines.

You will manage samples, coordinate with third-party suppliers, and help deliver goods to wholesale customers on time. Strong Excel skills and a commercial mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Raise and send purchase orders.
• Issue product barcodes and approve invoices and packing lists.
• Maintain care labels with factories to meet regulations.
• Coordinate fabric and garment testing with labs and factories; track results.
• Maintain washing and care labelling guidelines across product ranges.
• Support sustainability credential tracking for fabrics and trims.
