Job description

True North are looking for a confident & experienced Production Co-ordinator to work on the hit, returning series 'Top Guns: Inside The RAF'. During the long production schedule, you may also be working across another returning series with talent (subject to greenlight).

Position Details

1. Initially looking for someone to start asap until September, with a possibility of extension into 2026.
2. Based in our Leeds production office 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.

Candidate Profile

1. A diligent, fastidiously organised & enthusiastic individual.
2. Experience working closely with a Production Manager to facilitate filming across the UK and abroad.
3. Proactive work approach with proven experience in observational documentary filming & international filming.
4. Excellent communication skills with team members and prior experience working with talent.
5. Knowledge of PMI, Excel & Teams.
6. Experience reconciling floats & expenses and acquiring filming permissions.
7. Understanding of the post-production process and related documentation.
8. Awareness of archive clearances and ability to multitask across 2 productions.
