Job summary

BBC Studios in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Production Co-ordinator to support Scam Interceptors, a high-profile BBC series exposing scams.

You will work closely with the Junior Production Manager and the wider team to coordinate travel, bookings, budgets, schedules and compliance, keeping production on track in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable to be based in Glasgow Monday-Thursday; strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Previous Production Co-ordinator experience, ideally on a high-volume production.
• Strong organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with budget tracking and financial administration.
• Confident booking and managing production resources, including travel and accommodation.
• Good knowledge of production systems, workflows and BBC processes.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong budgeting skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Contract: 19 October 2026 – 18 December 2027

We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Production Co-ordinator to join the team on Scam Interceptors, the award-winning BBC series dedicated to exposing fraud and helping protect the public from scams. Working closely with the Jnr Production Manager and wider production team, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of a fast-paced, high-profile production.
