Job summary

ITN Productions are looking for an experienced and efficient Production Coordinator for an obs-doc series. The contract will run for 4 x weeks from Monday 5th - Friday 30th October, with the possibility of being extended until Friday 15th January 2027.

This is a hybrid role which requires working 3 x days per week from our office in Kings X. There will also be requirements to work from the filming locations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production logistics for obs-docs.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgeting and releases.
• Willingness to travel to filming locations.

Responsibilities

• Create daily call sheets and update scheduling data.
• Ensure crew training, access passes, and PPE are in place.
• Coordinate rushes, kit, travel and accommodation.
• Maintain databases and complete credit card reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities will be:

• Creating daily Call Sheets and entering scheduling data
• Ensuring crew, including daily staff, have completed necessary training, have the correct access passes and the correct PPE before arriving at location
• Arranging for rushes to be collected and returned to location
• Coordinating shooting kit for the various teams
• Coordinating travel & accommodation
• Keeping a spending log and completing Credit Card reconciliations
• Helping to maintain various databases including Release Forms
