Job description

The Production Co-Ordinator will support our clients' growing manufacturing and assembly team in Scarva. The Production Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring materials are available for works in the yard and that pipework/frames are inspected upon return from subcontractors, with updates on Fieldview (training provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate picking lists and coordinate with stores for timely delivery.
• Ensure fabrication and assembly drawings are issued to subcontractors.
• Ensure drawings are approved by Contracts promptly and inform Document Control when ready for issue.
• Provide daily and weekly KPI information.
• Update process progress on FieldView daily as backup to the site supervisor.
• Assist in developing and maintaining production plans with the Planner.
• Follow up on shortages from CMRs.
• Organize transport to and from galvanizing subcontractors.
• Resolve technical escalations from the Site Supervisor.
• Coordinate transfer of painted pipe to the assembly area.
• Require 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read and understand assembly and schematic drawings.
• Proficient with IT equipment and systems.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ in construction, CSR) are advantageous.
