You will gain a nationally recognised qualification and contribute to running the kitchen, ensuring quality remains high for guests. Wages start at apprentice rates, with progression opportunities as you develop.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; training provided to become a Production Chef.
• Willingness to learn and passion for cooking.
• Interest in completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food safely and quickly to brand standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock/par prep.
• Communicate with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Assist with training and completing documentation.
