Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship in a busy kitchen environment. You will train on the job for 15 months, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while supporting kitchen operations under experienced chefs.

The program includes work-based training, English and Maths functional skills, and regular reviews with mentors and managers. Benefits include staff discounts and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; friendly training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication within the kitchen.

• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
