Mitchells & Butlers plc is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You will take on a full-time kitchen role under experienced chefs, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while helping run the kitchen and ensuring high-quality guest experiences.

The program supports your development with in-house training, mentoring, and opportunities for progression as you learn the ropes of a busy brand's kitchen and contribute to delivering great meals to guests.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided to learn essential kitchen duties.
• Must be willing to learn and develop a career in hospitality.
• Passion for cooking and teamwork is important to succeed in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Have open communication with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly and safely to brand standards.
• Ensure guest queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep, and par levels; adhere to brand standards and policies.
