MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is offering a full-time apprenticeship in the kitchen as a Production Chef Level 2. You will learn on the job under experienced chefs while working toward a nationally recognised qualification over 15 months.

You will gain hands-on experience, support the running of our kitchens, and contribute to delivering high-quality meals for guests. Training includes mentoring and paid qualifications with progression opportunities.

Formación

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Apprenticeship includes a 15‑month Production Chef Level 2 standard.
• Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach including feedback sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas.
• Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep and par process.
• Keep up to date with business information, promotions and new products.
• Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
