Qualifications

• Willing to commit to a 15-month apprenticeship.
• Interest in progressing within Mitchells & Butlers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, cooking and presenting food to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Support stock rotation, prep and par process.
• Participate in training and meetings to develop skills.
