Job summary

Lifetime Training is seeking a Production Chef apprentice to join our team at Marston's pubs. Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life; you'll learn new prepping skills and own a section of the kitchen. If you have a passion for food, you'll fit right in and grow with us.

As an apprentice, you’ll work towards the Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, with coaching to progress toward a Sous Chef role. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
