Job summary

Lifetime Training is recruiting for a Production Chef Apprenticeship. You will prep, create and bring the pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

Your progression may lead toward Sous Chef as you complete the Chef Development Programme. You will grow your career in a busy kitchen environment, gaining hands-on experience and skills that transfer beyond the pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
