Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is offering an apprenticeship pathway in our busy kitchen environments across 19 brands. You will train on the job to become a Production Chef Level 2 over 15 months, with support from passionate chefs and expert mentors.

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn, enjoy cooking, and contribute to delivering high-quality dishes. No prior experience required; training starts as soon as you join our teams in Guildford.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required, training provided.
• Willingness to learn and passion for cooking.
• Interest in completing the Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service, promoting a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible.
• Participate and contribute to team meetings, offering your valuable insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
• Assist in all in-house training and complete assigned learning modules.
