Job summary

Lifetime Training is seeking a Production Chef Apprentice to join our team in an on-site setting at NR5 0JT. You will learn and perform essential kitchen tasks, progressing through a structured Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, with supportive mentors and a pathway toward becoming a Sous Chef.

The role offers a full-time apprenticeship with a weekly salary of £325.50 to £381.30, and benefits designed to support your training and career growth within a lively pub

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Learn and perform prep skills and kitchen routines.
• Support kitchen team in day-to-day operations.

Experience in a similar Chef role
