Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standard.
• Set up and close down the department including stock rotation and prep and par process.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions and new products; participate in all training and learning modules.
• Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and all company policies and procedures.
