2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a proactive production lead to manage a shift, drive OEE, quality and plan attainment at the Grimsby site. You’ll coordinate set-ups, communicate shift information and coach the team to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, lean techniques and training, with focus on safety and collaboration across departments. A background in leading teams and data-driven decision making is essential.

Formación

• Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and lean tools.
• Previous experience of leading a team.
• Numerical ability to record, analyse and interpret data.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and coach others.
• Ability to work towards Food Safety Level 3 and IOSH.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate team activities through set-ups and changeovers.
• Share and communicate shift information, including huddles and meetings.
• Guide your team in all aspects of the work, providing training and assistance.
• Foster an atmosphere of safety, collaboration, discipline and respect.
• Develop and ensure compliance to SOPs for process related tasks.
