Job summary

Manpower are recruiting for a Team Leader on behalf of a client based in Grimsby. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced production environment, with responsibilities including monitoring production, upholding health and safety standards, and coaching a team.

You will oversee factory operations and lead a team of around 12 staff on a Monday-Friday shift from 5:30am to 14:30, with a pay rate of £14.77 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Management role is essential.
• Experience leading teams within manufacturing, production, food, or factory environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing production processes within the factory.
• Managing and motivating a team of approximately 12 employees.
• Ensuring operational procedures are followed effectively.
• Monitoring team performance and productivity and forecasting production staffing.

The successful person will be responsible for overseeing factory operations and leading a team of approximately 12 employees on a day-to-day basis, with the opportunity to step into a broader management support role when required.

The Role
