Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Production Administrator to support manufacturing operations in Halstead. The role is temp-to-perm with Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm, paying £12.72 per hour (£26,458 per annum).

You'll manage production paperwork, orders, records, and help maintain compliance in a busy environment, acting as a key link between production and admin teams. We value accuracy, initiative, and reliable, proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Managing production paperwork and works orders
• Producing labels, signage and production documents
• Updating production, attendance and holiday records
• Maintaining training matrices and employee files
• Supporting inductions and return-to-work processes
• Assisting with audits, compliance and health & safety reporting
• Working closely with supervisors and managers to support daily operations
