Prime Appointments Ltd is recruiting a Production Operative for a manufacturing site in Marks Tey, Essex. The role involves general production, packing and basic assembly duties, with flexibility around full-time or part-time hours and temp-to-perm progression.

The ideal candidate has factory experience or a strong work ethic, is reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a busy environment. Hours are 09:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, with pay £12.71 per hour.

• Previous factory or production experience is preferred.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to carry out repetitive tasks.

• Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general production and manufacturing duties.
• Packing finished products ready for dispatch.
• Basic assembly work.
• Moving materials and products around the workplace.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
