Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Product to work with the Store Leader to ensure the store operates smoothly, delivers strong business results, and elevates product through compelling merchandising and customer experiences.

You will own visual merchandising execution, manage product flow on the sales floor, train Team Members, and ensure the floor stays clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership role with a strong focus on visual merchandising, styling, or customer experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales through merchandising decisions and lead on the sales floor.
• Strong visual merchandising skills to create impactful store displays.
