Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor and model the brand values. You will coach Team Members, manage zone performance, and ensure operational excellence during opening, closing, and cash handling.

Your focus on customer experiences and inclusivity will help build a high-performing store culture. You will lead product knowledge efforts, support launches and restocks, and partner with leaders to meet KPIs while maintaining visual standards and order throughout

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing retail teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Aptitude for using sales data to improve team performance and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with a Customer Obsessed mindset and model desired behaviors.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations, including opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness, are executed well.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling support.
• Provide feedback and foster growth moments through Learning Agility.
• Support onboarding and training of new Team Members and reinforce standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help leadership achieve store KPIs by tracking sales and celebrating wins.
• Monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly to foster a positive, inclusive culture.
