Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail teams, preferably in fashion or related industry.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop Team Members in a fast paced store.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer obsessed mindset to deliver warm, personalized service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance via zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to needs.
• Support onboarding and training of new Team Members and reinforce store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help leadership meet KPIs by tracking sales and celebrating wins with the team.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive, positive culture and resolve issues promptly.
• Support execution of daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps.
