Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer and technical enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide accurate product information and installation guidance.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, certificates and product data.
• Support testing activities, product comparisons and quality assurance processes.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems.
• Assist in developing training materials, installation guides and technical resources.
• Liaise with sales, purchasing, technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer support.
• Maintain organised testing records and ensure documentation remains compliant and accessible.
