Job summary

Work Wales in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Development Coordinator to join our client’s customer service team. The role involves supporting the Customer Development Manager, being the first point of contact for customers, and coordinating sales administration and reporting.

You will contribute to strong customer relationships, handle enquiries, process orders, maintain CRM records, and help with reports, tenders and projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive, organised approach and attention to detail.
• Good IT literacy and experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Manage customer complaints and support the customer portal.
• Liaise with production to resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Prepare reports, support tenders and assist with business projects.
• Coordinate customer visits and exhibitions as required.
• Support continuous improvement by helping to develop processes and systems.
