You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and monitor customer health in a fast-paced, global environment. We offer stock options, bike-to-work, flexible hours, and a yearly company offsite, with offices in major cities including London.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Expert Assistance: serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking help.
• Problem Solve: diagnose, replicate, and resolve product issues with engineering.
• Educate our Customers: upskill customers to use Pigment effectively by collaborating with education teams.
• Develop Processes: work with cross-functional partners to establish processes and drive efficiencies.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: align roadmap with customer needs with the Product team.
• Provide Outstanding Service: contribute to a multi-award winning support team.
• Proactively Monitor Customer Health: manage workspaces and fix issues before they arise.
• Continuously Learn and Develop Yourself: engage in structured training opportunities and development paths.
