Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is hiring in London. You will transform customer data into sophisticated models, document requirements, and build Pigment applications. You’ll train clients to be self-sufficient, lead UAT/deployments, and coordinate integration projects across APIs.

Qualifications

• Excellent ability to design complex systems and explain them to stakeholders
• Comfort with high volumes of unstructured data
• Fast learner across diverse domains
• Strong relationships and empathy in interactions

• Experience delivering with minimal supervision
• Fluent English; French or other languages advantageous

Responsibilities

• Transform customer data into multi-dimensional models for improved planning
• Understand and document business requirements
• Design and build Pigment applications
• Train/Co-build with customers to ensure self-sufficiency
• Lead UAT and deployment activities
• Integrate source software and migrations via connectors and APIs
• Bridge customers with product team to improve the planning platform
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodologies and processes
