Job summary

Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our global team. You will be the primary contact for customers, diagnosing issues, educating users, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve the Pigment experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment from our London or Paris offices, with remote-friendly arrangements and a strong emphasis on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English and French communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS customer support or technical support roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, data concepts, and basic HTML/CSS/SQL or APIs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers needing help.
• Diagnose, replicate and resolve product issues with engineering collaboration.
• Educate customers and upskill them to use Pigment effectively.
• Develop cross-functional processes to improve efficiency.
• Represent the voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap.
• Deliver outstanding service and contribute to a award-winning support team.
• Monitor customer health proactively and address issues before they arise.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to grow professionally.
