Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a Product Proposition Lead to articulate customer outcomes and differentiators, shaping propositions for housing and software markets. The role interfaces with Product, Sales, Marketing and Delivery to ensure accurate messaging and successful go-to-market activities.

You will develop customer-facing content, support product launches, and maintain consistent communications across internal and external stakeholders while monitoring regulatory changes and market

Qualifications

• Experience of product proposition development, product marketing or go-to-market planning.
• Experience within housing, public sector or software technology markets.
• Ability to translate complex product features into clear customer benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of market analysis, competitor assessment and customer insight.
• Experience managing product launches and supporting sales enablement activities.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and policy developments affecting customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposition packs for key solution areas.
• Clearly define customer challenges, market drivers and business needs.
• Articulate how products address challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify competitive strengths, market gaps and supporting customer references.
• Monitor and coordinate competitor activity, market trends and regulatory developments.
• Lead planning and coordination of product launches and release handovers.
• Maintain the Product Catalogue and ensure information is up to date.
• Ensure product messaging is clear and consistent across teams.
