NEC Software Solutions is seeking a Product Proposition Lead to bridge Product, Sales, Marketing and Delivery, defining compelling propositions and clear customer outcomes. You will shape messaging, drive launches, and coordinate content across internal teams and external channels.

In this hybrid/remote role (UK-based), you will monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity to keep propositions competitive and relevant, while managing the customer portal and supporting sales

Competenze

• Experience of product proposition development, product marketing or go-to-market planning.
• Experience within housing, public sector or software technology markets.
• Ability to translate complex product features into clear customer benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of market analysis, competitor assessment and customer insight.

• Develop and maintain product propositions with clear customer outcomes, benefits and differentiators.
• Create and manage go-to-market plans for new products and enhancements.
• Define product messaging and supporting content for sales, marketing and customer engagement.
• Monitor competitor activity and regulatory developments to keep propositions relevant.
• Lead product launches and ensure sales enablement materials and communications are ready.
• Maintain the Product Catalogue and ensure information is current.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, webinars, newsletters, website content and collateral.
• Oversee customer communications and manage content in the customer portal.
