Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a Product Proposition Lead to shape how our housing products are positioned and communicated across the business. You will bridge Product, Sales, Marketing and Delivery to ensure customer-focused messaging and successful launches.

You will develop propositions, support launches, create customer-facing content and monitor market changes to keep messaging accurate and competitive.

Qualifications

• Experience of product proposition development, product marketing or go-to-market planning.
• Experience within housing, public sector or software technology markets.
• Ability to translate complex product features into clear customer benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of market analysis, competitor assessment and customer insight.
• Experience managing product launches and supporting sales enablement activities.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Product proposition and Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and maintain product propositions that articulate outcomes, benefits and differentiators.
• Create and manage go-to-market plans for new products, enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Define product messaging and supporting content for sales, marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory developments to keep propositions relevant.
• Support the transition of products from development into market launch.
