Job summary

Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool seeks a Head of Product Platform and Content to lead the strategy, growth and commercial success of Work + Family Space and Parental Leave Toolkit. You will own the product proposition, content direction and client engagement roadmap, driving adoption across global platform products.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Content teams to deliver ambitious growth, exceptional user

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product and content teams
• Proven track record growing digital platforms and improving user engagement
• Experience in B2B2C SaaS environments
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategic roadmap for platform products
• Lead product positioning, commercial proposition and go-to-market activity
• Drive user engagement, adoption and retention through data-led decision making
• Shape and deliver the platform content strategy
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary product and content team
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Client Engagement to support growth
• Identify partnership opportunities and support platform innovation
• Use analytics and customer insight to inform priorities and measure success
• Support scaling of the platform offering across multiple markets
